Transportation is another key factor, as guests will need a clear itinerary for getting to and from the wedding venue. Additionally, arranging for local vendors such as florists, caterers, and photographers is essential for capturing the essence of the destination. Weather and seasonal considerations must also be taken into account, as they can impact every aspect of the event. Ultimately, successful planning of a destination wedding hinges on thorough logistics to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for everyone involved.

From the very beginning when I started looking at wedding planners' social media accounts, I knew I wanted to talk to Alexandra. The weddings she was involved with had a common thread: gorgeous photography, exact details, and beautiful settings. When I had difficulties with a vendor communicating my vision, Alexandra stepped in to communicate needed changes and requests. Where Alexandra shines is as Day-of Coordinator and MC - she excels at it! Our wedding day was a hands-off experience for me and I was able to enjoy every minute of it. Alexandra is the perfect wedding planner for your big day! We had a wedding that went from an estimated 125 to 190 people and she handled our craziness very graciously. She kept us calm and reassured us at every challenge throughout the planning process. We also had a lot of last minute requests that she handled so well. She balanced my type 'A' self perfectly :) She recommended some of the most incredible vendors that our guests still have not stopped talking about. All of her assistants were professionals and kept the entire day organized from start to finish. Planning a LARGE destination wedding is extremely challenging and anxiety provoking wanting to make sure that things are handled the way you envision them to be. Alexandra had her challenges in organizing our wedding with us living in Australia, who desired no less than the perfect fusion of a mixed Anglo-Saxon/ Venezuelan wedding in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Despite the time difference and distance we always felt well supported by Alexandra. She truly seemed to make the impossible possible and during the ups and downs of preparation we always felt as if we were in good hands. We knew we could always rely on Alexandra and felt as if she listened to us, making sure she understood where we were coming from in addition to remaining positive and sensitive to our desires and wishes.
